Our family have been all over the world, but sometimes it is super helpful to have an insider who knows the local places and customs to help make sure you pay attention to the details and critical items. ITT helped us plan a full country tour of Scotland over the course of 2.5 weeks. Although took care of the air arrangements, we could not have researched everything and then made all the reservations. ITT's help with invaluable to us for a trip of a lifetime.

All I needed from Felicia was for her to rent a car for me in Baltimore. She was very thorough and even set me up to get express service from Hertz. Thhe price was really good and the car was good, too. But also,, she gave me some tips to help me on the trip, which I didn’t ask for but I liked that she did that.

Felicia was very helpful planning out our trip to San Francisco!! We were only going to be there for 2 days and helped us pack as much into those days as we could. Pretty early on into our research I began thinking how great it would be to have someone with extensive traveling knowledge and experience help us. Felicia has helped us plan our trip and so much more! She did all the research after learning what we like to do and how structured (or not) we like to be on vacation. She quickly gave me a list of several options and what we could see while we were there she even catered to the fact that my daughter would be hard to please. I took a chance on this organization because I needed some tips on culture to Germany. I had never traveled overseas and had no idea of what questions to even start asking. I'd already planned what I wanted to do, so I didn't need help in that area, but the unknown was very scary! I contacted Felicia and she immediately put my mind at ease.
We had three meetings. The first one, she gave me cultural tips, what to expect from being in a foreign country, specific to Germany. The second meeting, Felicia gave me a list of things to do ahead of time, and when to do them. This meeting took 2 hours, which surprised me, but there is a LOT to learn. The third meeting, she recapped what I'd learned and gave me a chance to ask more questions.
She charged a very small amount for this. I went to Germany, had a blast and highly recommend Felicia for anything travel-related that you need.

My husband and I hired Felicia to plan our 10-year anniversary trip to Italy. She was amazing to work with, she was very detailed and through with all the information we were given! She showed so much enthusiasm while planning our trip as if it was her own trip. She coordinated the flights, train rides, hotels, meals, and activities. She gave us many options and itineraries to choose from. Having Felicia plan our trip to Italy was such a weight off my shoulders. As first-time overseas travelers, she helped ease my mind, as she has travel all over the world and knows what you will run into with the locals. Best decision we made regarding our trip.
